Mumbai: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has shared the release date and poster of his web debut ‘Breathe: Into the Shadows’ – the second season of Amazon Prime Video’s original 2018 series Breathe. The web series is directed by Mayank Sharma and set to release on July 10.

Amit Sadh reprises his role from the first season of the series that starred R Madhavan in the lead role. It explored the lives of ordinary men faced with extraordinary circumstances. The psychological crime thriller is created and produced by Abundantia Entertainment. The cast also includes south Indian actor Nithya Menen and Sayami Kher in significant roles.

Sharing the poster and date, the ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ actor tweeted, “She lies into the shadows, waiting to be found. Here is the First Look of #BreatheIntoTheShadows. New Series, July 10 on @[email protected] @MenenNithya @TheAmitSadh @SaiyamiKher @mayankvsharma @vikramix @Abundantia_Ent.” In the poster, a little girl can be seen lying on the floor in between a huge broken mask.

Speaking about the web series, Abhishek said, “In Breathe, one of the things that attracted me the most to the story was the details and nuances that were built into the character I play. This is possible in the streaming medium since the time to engage with the audience is nearly four times that of a conventional feature film,” the actor was quoted as saying to PTI.
