New Delhi: Finally he has taken the lid off his emotions. Yes former Punjab CM has taken a call to leave the Congress following the insults he has had to endure culminating in his resignation as CM.

Speaking to NDTV, he said, “I am not joining BJP but am leaving the Congress, can’t handle insult.”

Meanwhile, TimesNow reports he has the support of around 30 MLAs which gives him the impetus to launch his new party soon.

“So far I am in the Congress but I will not remain in the Congress. I have already made my position very clear. I will not be treated in this manner,” Singh elaborated.

Continuing with his diatribes at recently-resigned Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu, Singh referred to him as childish and also predicted that downfall awaited Congress in Punjab.

Singh yesterday met union Home Minister Amit Shah here and also held talks with National Security Adviser Ajit Doval on Thursday.
