Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) said on Wednesday that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was involved in a conspiracy and therefore should not be granted bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case, according to India Today.
And it further added, “Even if there is no recovery of small substance, the accused — including Aryan Khan are involved in conspiracy. The NCB has accused Aryan Khan of procuring contraband.”
“The contraband was found in the custody of Arbaaz Merchant. The investigations pertaining to transactions abroad need to be investigated and are being investigated,” the NCB said in its reply to the bail plea by Aryan’s lawyer.
