Calcutta Hockey League 2021: ERSA, Calcutta Customs Register Victories

Kolkata: ERSA trounced Howrah Union 5-0 in a first division match of the Calcutta Hockey League 2021 at the East Bengal ground on Monday.

Sourav Kumar Singh scored a brace while Tarun Adhikary, Amon Miras Tirkey and Bipin Kishore Kerketta found the target once each.

In another match at the Mohun Bagan ground, Calcutta Customs outplayed West Bengal Police 5-1. Sushil Kumar Paswan and Mohd Zaid Khan found the framework twice each while Mohd Saif Khan scored one. Sukehn Barman pulled one back for the losers.

Results: ERSA 5 (Sourav Kr. Singh 2, Tarun Adhikary, Amon Miras Tirkey, Bipin Kishore Kerketta) beat Howrah Union 0; Calcutta Customs Club 5 (Sushil Kr. Paswan 2, Mohd Zaid Khan 2, Mohd Saif Khan) beat West Bengal Police SC 1 (Sukhen Barman)
