Panaji: Days after when social media star Poonam Pandey was arrested for shooting an ‘objectionable’ video in Goa, the state police filed an FIR against supermodel-actor Milind Soman for spreading obscenity in public place.

On November 4, Milind shared a picture on his official social media handles which showed him running naked on a Goa beach on his 55th birthday.

The actor captioned the picture, clicked against the wide expanse of the ocean, as “Happy Birthday to me…55 and running”.

The south Goa Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar Singh confirmed that the actor was booked under section 294 (obscenity) of the Indian Penal Code, along with other relevant sections of the Information Technology Act.

“The FIR has been registered at the Colva police station in South Goa district,” the spokesperson said, as quoted by Zee News.

On the professional front, Milind Soman was last seen in Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Four More Shots Please’ season two.

The Marathon runner got married to his ladylove Ankita Konwar on April 22, 2018, in a traditional wedding ceremony at Alibaug.
