Mumbai: CBI is said to have completed its investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput death case and is likely to submit its closure report to a CBI court in Patna in the next few days, as per the sources.
The CBI has found no conspiracy or foul play in the actor’s death probe so far, who was found on June 14 in his apartment.
Mumbai Police investigated the case initially and declared that the actor committed suicide.
The case was been taken over by CBI on national demand, with Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) also joining the investigation.
ED had questioned several people, including Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and father Indrajit for probing into the money laundering case involved in Rajput’s death.
Meanwhile, fans of Sushant Singh Rajput kept speculating why his sister Shweta Singh Kirti deleted her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
Shweta had temporarily deactivated her Twitter and Instagram accounts, but were restored later.
The California-based sister offered an explanation with a statement shared on Twitter, she wrote, “Sorry, there were multiple log in attempts being made on my social media accounts so had to deactivate them”.
