Few months earlier, a similar incident happened. A befitting reply must be given to #PLA and #CCPChina. @PMOIndia.”

Ering said that he wants a ‘befitting reply’ to China and it’s military. He also said that a few months ago, the same incident happened in the state.
Earlier in March, a 21-year-old man from the Asapila sector near the McMohan Line, was also abducted by the People’s Liberation Army. He was then released after 19 days of captivity.
These serious allegations which are being made by the family members and the MLA have flared up the tensions between India and China. In the past few days, China tried to occupy the southern bank of Pangong Tso lake of Indian territory, but it was unsuccessful.
Meanwhile, the Indian Army has occupied a large number of strategic highpoints on the Panging Tso lake and also strengthened it’s presence in Finger 2 and Finger 4 as well. However, China has strongly condemned this move, but India has maintained that the high points are on its side of the Line of Actual Control.
