Not only did the actor further prove her mettle as an actor with a performance par excellence and make the character one of the most loved in the history of cinema, but she was also conclusively crowned Queen of Bollywood with this film.
In that way, it is also 8 years of Deepika’s reign in the industry, which still continues and doesn’t seem to be changing anytime in the near future as well. Credit to her having one of the best line up of films currently.

Her plate is full with multiple projects – Nag Ashwin’s next opposite Prabhas, Bollywood remake of Hollywood’s The Intern alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Pathan with SRK, Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Shakun Batra’s untitled film.
