Mumbai: Former India captain Rahul Dravid has been appointed the head coach of Team India (Senior Men). The Wall will take charge from the upcoming home series against New Zealand, said the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
The Cricket Advisory Committee comprising Sulakshana Naik and RP Singh unanimously appointed Rahul Dravid as the Head Coach of Team India (Senior Men) on Wednesday, according to a BCCI release.
The former India captain will don the mantle from the upcoming home series against the Kiwis.
The BCCI had invited applications for the position on October 26.
