New Delhi: Actor Brahma Mishra was on Thursday found dead at his Versova residence in the Mumbai suburb, the police said. Mishra is known for essaying the role of Lalit in the much-acclaimed web series Mirzapur.
Mishra was found dead on the bathroom floor of his house where he used to live alone, cops were quoted as saying by NDTV.
According to police, actor died due to a suspected cardiac arrest and have sent the body for an autopsy. The apartment he was living was locked from the inside, the police added. A case of accidental death is being registered.
OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video, that hosted the series Mirzapur tweeted, “Brahma Mishra, our Lalit. Thank you for making us laugh, thank you for making us cry. Thank you for always reminding us the loyalty & love a friendship holds. Always in our heart. RIP, brahma mishra.”
