Kabul: As part of their mission to further stamp their dictatorial control on the Afghan soil, the Taliban rulers have strictly prohibited any protest without informing the security and justice department.
Quoting a statement by the Ministry of Interior, TOLO News reported that the “Taliban government has said that people should not protest without coordinating with the security and justice departments.”
The statement added, “The details of the protests need to be shared 24 hours prior to the protests. The development came after the country witnessed protests against the newly formed Taliban regime.”
Since the takeover, several groups have been fearless in organising protest marches and have even clashed with cops.
