New Delhi: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a case of prevention of money laundering that involves multi-millionaire conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
Jacqueline was asked to appear before the ED team in Delhi on December 8. Earlier also, the ED recorded the statement of the actress on two occasions.
It may be recalled that Jacqueline Fernandez was stopped at the Mumbai Airport when she was about to catch a flight for Delhi on Sunday. The actress’ LOC (look out circular) was recently opened at the ED’s request.
The probe agency apprehends that she might flee the country. Jacqueline was interrogated for hours at the Mumbai airport, after which she was allowed to go on Sunday.
