PUBG Addiction: Son Slashes Father’s Neck When Asked Not To Play

Meerut: Recently in Meerut, a young boy allegedly killed his father with a knife after he was asked to not to play PUBG for long hours.

This incident happened in A-One Colony in Jamnanagar, Kharkhoda on October 15. The name of the alleged is Amir and hid father’s name is Irfan. The boy after attacking his father reportedly hurt himself too. Now, both of them are in the hospital.

Even after PUBG being banned in the country, the addiction among several players is still there.

After the heinous act, Amir went out into the street. When people tried to control him, he attacked them as well.

Currently, Amir’s health condition is critical.

According to police, his family said that he was also a drug addict.

Similar incidents from around the world have emerged. Young aged boys and girls stay glued to their smartphones which makes them frustrated and ignorant to others several happening in life. They build their world in those games and spent so much longer hours playing them that they get addicted to them. Eventually, when they are asked to not to play them, they get furious and take dangerous steps like these.
