Basel: Tennis legend Roger Federer finally bid adieu to the game at the age of 41 on Thursday. Federer announced his retirement from competitive tennis after 20-time Grand Slam singles titles and pair of Olympic medals.
The tennis maestro called it quits in an emotional message on social media on Thursday. However, he will be seen in action one last time in next week’s Laver Cup in London.
