Mumbai: Call it an error of judgement or simply obliviousness, Bollywood superstar Saif Ali Khan’s Rs 5000 crore property and assets in Haryana and Bhopal cannot be passed to any of his four children because of a government clause and a perplexing will.
As per reports, the properties and other assets of Saif, the current Nawab of Pataudi come under the purview of the disputable Enemy Disputes Act of the India Government which debar any claim to the property. Saif has four children – Sara and Ibrahim from his first wife Amrita Singh and Taimur and Jehangir from his second Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Under these circumstance any legal heir can move the High Court with the next option being the Supreme Court and subsequently the President of India.
