New Delhi: The customers of State Bank of India on Tuesday were notified via Twitter that its core banking services were hit and it hopes that the issue will be resolved soon.
The tweet stated, “Intermittent connectivity issues have delayed making our Core Banking System available to our esteemed customers today (13.10.20). We hope to be able to serve you normally before noon. All channels (except ATMs and POS machines) will be affected.”
“We request our customers to bear with us. Normal service will resume soon,” it added.

The state-run bank is currently running a social media campaign Aatmanirbhar #GharSeBanking where it is encouraging its customers to manage their banking needs from the comforts of their homes.
