New Delhi: One of the most renowned and respected sports journalist, Veteran Kishore Bhimani passed away today morning due to COVID-19. He was admitted in Woodland Hospital after his report came positive.
Bhimani received lifetime achievement award in 2013 for his extra ordinary contribution to the world of media and commentary.
Several admirers on social media have poured their grief and tribute to the legendary sports journalist.

On receiving the lifetime award Bhimani had an interesting take which proved his passion towards journalism.
“It is believed that journalists should not be bestowed with awards as they can’t take sides and favours. But this award is different. I owe this to my countless friends in sports and other fraternity”.
Kishore Bhimani has also written a book called “The Accidental Goodman”.
